Guinness. Guinness is a dark stout with a strong, sharp flavor. It's been around since the mid 1700s.
Irish coffee for sure! Other possibilities are cocktails made with Irish whiskey or Irish cream. And of course, green beer!
Rub a thin layer of corn syrup around the rim of the glass then immediately roll it in the sugar, sprinkles, or whatever. For rims that aren't sweet use a thin layer of raw egg white and roll in salt crytals or pretzel crumbs.
Expert Tips:
If you'll be making different shots and cocktails I'd suggest Jameson Irish whiskey over anything else. (They're not paying me to say this) The flavor is strong enough to come through but not overpowering.t

- When making layered shots make sure the shot glasses are very cold and use a cold spoon during layering.
- Using a few drops of green food coloring is the perfect way to give almost any drink a green color.
- For good luck you're supposed to drop a clover in your beer or Irish whiskey, drink it all up, then for good luck, throw the clover over your left shoulder while toasting the saint. After 2020 I figure we can use all the luck we can get.
