- Make cherry chipotle pulled pork by swapping the chops with a boneless pork shoulder. However, you'll have to cook it for 8-10 hours.

🥫 Leftover love: how to store and reheat cherry chipotle pork chops
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for three or four days. You can also freeze leftovers for another time—they'll keep for up to three months tightly sealed.
I don't love reheating pork in the microwave, as it tends to dry it out. From frozen, let your leftovers thaw in the fridge overnight.
Then, reheat pork chops in a foil-covered baking dish at around 200-250 degrees F for 10-20 minutes, depending on their size.

💭 Insider tips: things to know
- Pick better pork. Look for chops that are dark pink, not pale or gray. A bit of fat is good, too, as it'll provide more flavor.
- Let the skillet get smoking hot for the best sear. And, no, that's not just a fun saying—your skillet should practically be smoking!
- Your
slow cooker will be hot after cooking, so use a large ladle to carefully scoop out the juices. If you don't quite get it all, that's a-okay, too. - Don't add cornstarch directly to hot liquid, or it'll get clumpy and weird. Always add it to a bit of water first, then whisk it into the hot juice.
