We celebrate a couple of fun food holidays this week. They're silly little holidays but it gives us an opportunity to make some memories and have some fun!
- January 9 is National Apricot Day and it doesn't get better than this jam!

💭 Tips for success
Here are some tips for this week -
- Make extra chicken when you make the Texas 2-Step Chicken to use in the BBQ Chicken Pizza later in the week.
- Leftover creamed corn? Use it in place of the corn kernels in the Cowboy Casserole.
- Leftover pot roast gets repurposed into Shepherd's Pie.
