- 14.5 ounces Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth, plus more as needed
- 4 ounces chiles, optional
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped - optional
- 3 cups cooked rice
