Literally nothing could be easier than this simple Popeye's seasoning salt!
- Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
- Stir to blend completely.
- Taste a little on a spoon to check that it's to your liking.
- Spoon into a clean, dry, 4-ounce jar with a lid.

Store the seasoned salt in a tightly covered jar in the pantry. It will last just about forever. Shake before using.

Expert Tip: This doesn't go bad so don't be afraid to make it in a larger quantity.
- If you'd like it spicier you can add more chipotle or a ¼ teaspoon of cayenne.
- Mix a teaspoon or so to ¼ cup softened butter as a delicious spread for bread.
- If you live in a humid climate prevent caking by adding 3 dried beans (big ones like pinto, kidney, etc) to the jar. When you shake the seasoned salt up they will break up the clumps and the salt will blend better.

- 3 teaspoons Onion powder
- 3 teaspoons Sage, dried
- 3 teaspoons Black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Omg I put this on chicken wings and then Air fryer. They were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. I would say use sparingly.
