Some people are having that problem. If you are coming from Facebook on your phone be sure to click out of the ap before trying to print. You may be clicking on one of my recipe links from the Facebook or Instagram app, which then opens a browser within the app. If you try to print from the in-app browser, you will have the issue you mentioned.
To open the link in a mobile browser to "Print" click on the three dots at the bottom of the in-app browser and hit "Open in Browser."
If this isn't the problem let me know. I've got my tech team working on it but they haven't been able to replicate it - it just seems to happen to a small number of people.

It took me more than two hours to make this. Don’t be deceived by the timing on this. I thought it would be a quick easy meal. Wrong!
Marye says
mmm.... It takes 10 minutes for chicken breast to cook on one burner, the pasta cooks on another, and the bacon on a third. After that you just need to dice the chicken, drain the pasta and follow the rest of the instructions. It may take 5 or 10 minutes more than stated, depending on several things...but this recipe cannot take two hours unless you get super sidetracked... or you're cooking over a candle.
