Baked Boneless Buffalo Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup hot sauce, Franks Red Hot is a classic ingredients
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded from a block
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- bleu cheese, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Spray casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish in a single layer.
- Soften cream cheese in the microwave for a minute or so.
- Whisk the softened cream cheese and hot sauce together.
- Spoon over chicken breasts.
- Top with cooked crumbled bacon.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over the top.
