Well…. I hope you guys are prepared to surf with me on these new waves. Everything that was at Baking Delights is going to continue over here. After all, it was me, right?

So how could I forget Saturday Surfing? I can’t. I love doing it.

How has your week been? You know some of mine. It has been insane around here, and doesn’t look like it is settling down any time soon. Spring is here! It is 68 degrees and I can’t wait for summer! O.k. here’s what I’ve found this week:

• Oatmeal Fruit Bars... dang these look good. Perfect for school lunches and mid afternoon snacks.
• Poached Eggs on Roasted Potatoes with Hollandaise… should we call it Eggs St. Patrick?
• Pomegranate Glazed Chicken looks amazing and you can almost smell it through the computer screen.
• Chocolate Mousse Cake.… this looks incredibly easy and fantastically delicious
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream is one I haven’t made…. yet.
• Chocolate + anything and I am there. Jaden’s Chocolate WonTons look TDF!
• Raspberry Almond Crumb Cake for breakfast, for a snack, for any moment of any day.. I just want it.
• Homemade Marshmallows with a suggestion for homemade s’more’s marshmallows….Grok it.
• Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Scones from Evil Shenanigans…. and you know what… I need to make these. Wow.
• Maple Walnut Popcorn sounds like the perfect snack to share in front of the t.v.
